    Alignment in Table

I created a table for a web page using HTML. The left hand cell spans all rows and I put a bunch of links there, like a Nav Bar. How do I get the links to align at the top. They keep centering themselves in that cells which causes some of them to disappear as the page is long. I will also be adding an image to the top of this cell. So I want the image at the top and then the links all aligned to the top. Hope this makes sense.
    Thanks for any help.

    Re: Alignment in Table

I think the attribute you are looking for is a combination of the following:

<TR align="?"> or <TD align="?"> Aligns the contents of a row or cell to the left, right, or center
<TR valign="?"> or <TD valign="?"> Sets the vertical alignment of a row or cell to the top, middle, or bottom

So you would need to have the following: <TD valign="top">......
    -Mark
