Although there's the "Return to Forum" button in Profile, would it be possible to put the Forum Selection drop-down and "Jump" button as in the regular Forum view?

Do you mean in your own profile, or when viewing anyon'es profile?
I was primarily thinking of anyone else's, but both would be good.

For some unknown reason I practically always jump to view another persons profile by shift_clicking on their name to open it up in a new window. This is usually done when reading a post and the chances are I would not want to lose my place in the forum/thread.
Try it, you'll still have the jump-to box in the original window.
I've changed it so that profiles now show up in their own windows. Like you, I've always shifted it, may as well make it the default.
Cheers, Claude.

It would take a fairly long time to do that, so, I've changed the way the profile is shown by opening it in a new window. Easy to do without the risk of destroying the structure of the lounge.
Cheers, Claude.

Hey, I like that!
I usually read the whole of a Thread so I don't lose the...er, hum...thread. So I usually check profiles afterwards, and usually forget who and why. Now I'll only forget the why.

That's terrific, thanks. I'd have just come out and asked for the change if I knew you were up for a bit of tweaking.
Now, what did I do with that wish-list. . .
I can tell you don't know me: I'm up to absolutely everything, especially if it's no good
BTW, that jubilee concert was totally amazing, although I fear I'm showing my age here
Cheers, Claude.

Thanks, Claude, that'll help me when I forget to Shift-Click, and is a better way of addressing my issue.
