    Re: Address Book Question

We don't use GroupWise, but see if you have this dialog available through the Mail control panel, and whether it solves the order-of-address-books issue.

As for changing the size of a built-in dialog - I don't think so.

If you use Outlook, this property sheet is also available by right clicking the Outlook icon (as long as it's not a shortcut) on the desktop.

    pife,

Sorry I can't help- I'm asking for help instead.

How did you get Word connected to Groupwise?

    Re: Address Book Question

We added GW to our Word Address Book by adding an Address Book icon to the toolbar - then the first time we clicked, it asked that we select a profile. The limitation that I found was that although that makes it networkable, the GW Address Book was not shareable in the same sense as calendars, mail, tasks etc. We're using 5.2

You should be able to set the address book order through the internet mail properties in Control Panel; you should be able to access the same area through GW. The limitation I found here though was that when merging, it appeared that the first address book was all I was ever able to attach to. Address management has been a pressing hot issue in our office in using Word 2000 and GW because ideally Office 2000 was designed to integrate with Outlook.
