Outlook and HTML (2002)

I occasionally recieve email that look like web pages and would like to create similar pages for internal use - I am at a loss as to how to get my code into an outlook email and be able to generate these pages - any input would be greatly appreciated.

either create a page and use the page as stationary, select and paste the rendered (not visible code) into outlook set to use HTML format, or insert the html page into an html formatted message.
