After my unfortunate woes with Word2002 my boss insisted I downgrade back to 2000, and since I have not had too many problems.

One of my colleagues, however, has caused a template corruption (we presume!) simply by having one Word doc open (with a customised template, accessed from the LAN) and trying to open a different doc with the same template attached (once again doc and template were on the LAN). This caused Word to hang and he had to reboot and try and recover files.

The template on the network now has red numbers in Courier as part of the Outline headings!

Has anyone else had this kind of problem with Word2002? At the moment I'm presuming that it's something to do with Word2002, but could it be the network angle that's a problem?
