    Cut and Paste

    I have a user who says when she uses cut and paste,it kicks her out of word. She recently got a new PC and it is still happening. Any suggestions?

    SR-1?
    SR-1a?
    SR-2?

    How is she using cut and paste?
    Edit -> Cut
    Edit -> Paste?

    Delete and Insert keys?

    Ctrl-X and Ctrl-V?

    Does the method make any difference in Word crashing?

    When you say it kicks her out of Word, could you describe this? Error message?

    Finally, what happens if (while Word is not loaded) you find her Normal.dot file and rename it? Then start Word again and try a cut and paste. (After you experiment, leave word and change the name back.)
