Export report to html, define page names

My client wants to export an Access 2000 report to html, then ftp the pages (2,500 pages at this time) to their

website. The report is a list of equipment items identified by ID number. Each report/html page is formatted to

represent one ID number. I built a macro to export the report in html. The client wants to add the ID number to the

name of the page so they can find and remove the item(s) from the website selectively. As new items are added to the

table, they want to ftp only the new items to the website.

I am looking for VB code that will do the following:

    1. Add the ID number to the name of the html page.
    2. Automatically remove html pages identified by id numbers.
    3. Automatically ftp new html pages to the website.

    Thanks.

Are you looking for VB code or Access VBA code? Is this something you just want help and ideas on or are you hoping someone either has built it already or would be willing to build it for you?

As it turns out, sanity has prevailed. I've talked the client into a simpler solution that I have already put into production. Thanks for your response.

The solution was to create a single html document from a query that simply lists the equipment, easy to update. I have learned that this will only be an interim solution as new requirements are coming in this week. The main new requirement will be a photo of each item, which will render my simple solution obsolete. I plan to use active server pages and a web-hosted database for this, but this is a different thing completely.
