    Totals Query (97)

I have a Totals query that groups by Specialist, counts on Group Number field where Complete Date is Null. Under the field Complete Date I specify Is Null. I would also like to specify a list of dates besides just where the complete date is null. How would I specify the dates to include in the count besides just where the complete date is null. I hope this makes sense.

    Re: Totals Query (97)

Use the OR keyword to return records that satisfy more than one condition. Here is a sample WHERE clause:

WHERE (((TableName.START_DATE) Is Null)) OR (((TableName.START_DATE)=#6/15/01#)) OR (((TableName.START_DATE)=#9/11/01#))

Just replace "TableName" with the name of your table and "START_DATE" with the name of your field.

    Re: Totals Query (97)

That worked fine. It is counting the ones with the specified dates. Now I have a Totals query where I specify the same criteria except now I want to know the jobs assigned within a date range so under the where field for DatetoSpec I have between 6/10/02 and 6/14/02. This works fine except when the specialist wasn't assigned anything. That specialist is dropped from the report. I would like a 0 to appear if there weren't any jobs assigned. Is there a way to do this?
