    Winkey

    The company I work for has a neat little free program called Winkey loaded on some of the machines. It lets you set shortcuts using various key combinations off the Windows key, to start programs, reach folders, etc. Go to <A target="_blank" HREF=http://www.copernic.com/winkey>http://www.copernic.com/winkey</A> to check it out. There is no link from the copernic page, I don't know how they found it.

    Re: Winkey

    Hi
    For completeness, using Notepad, save the following in a *.cdf file and have it handy on yr desktop. Hovering will open it.
    <?XML VERSION="1.0" ?>

    <channel>
    <abstract XML-SPACE="preserve">
    Win Opens the Start menu.
    Win + F1 Displays pop-up menu for the selected object.
    Win + E Starts Explorer.
    Win + F Finds files or folders.
    Ctrl + Win + F Finds computer.
    Win + M Minimizes all windows.
    Shift + Win + M Restores minimized windows.
    Win + R Displays run-dialog box.
    Win + Tab Cycles through taskbar buttons.
    Win + Pause Open the System Properties dialog box.
    Win + U Starts Narrator etc.
    </abstract>
    </channel>

    Should complement Winkey nicely...
