linking public folder in Outlook to Intranet

Need to know how to either post or link an Outlook Public folder to our Intranet site. Can only seem to find vague info on it. We have both Outlook 2000 and Outlook 2002 in our shop.

Which version of exchange server you are running?

You should just be able to create a hyperlink to your OWA server from your intranet along the lines of:

    http://OWA_Server_Name/Exchange/Public/Full_Path

The "Full Path" requires that you navigate your way down the tree.

You need to watch out for any 'bespoke' forms you have associated with the public folder they don't render at all well with OWA.

Hope this helps, if you want any more help post back.
