Formatting Numbers On A Report (Access97/2000)

    I have a report that has a text box on it and it's control source is =[sell-price] & " " & [stk-unit]

How can I format [sell-price] to display a trailing 0 if it has one? ($5.40 instead of $5.4)

If I have only [sell-price] in the text box, I can use the text box formatting and get it to display like I want, but not when it is combined with text in the text box.

    Use the format command.

eg. I think it goes something like this, try mucking around with it if it's not quite right (have a look at the help on format, it's great help in A97 and awful in A2000 and beyond).

    =format([sell_price],"$#,##0.00") & " " & [stk_unit]

I presumed you meant 'Underscore' between the sell and price and stk and unit, and not the minus sign.
