Adding 2 Tables together (Access 2000)

I have 2 table (Period 03 & 04) with a supplier code in both tables. I would like to have a query that will list the Supplier code with both periods together and then I will be exporting it to Excel.

    Please help

Do all supplier codes have a record in both tables? In that case:

    Create a new query.
    Add both tables.
Join them by dragging the supplier code field from one of the tables to supplier code field in the other table.
Add all fields you want to export to the query grid.
Switch to datasheet view to check whether you get what you want.
    Then save the query.
Select File menu, Save as/Export... etcetera.

If some supplier codes don't occur in both tables, you'll need to create two separate queries with outer joins and a union query. Post back and somebody will help you with that, if needed.

I would like some help. Attached is a sample file. I have billings for suppiers per period. I have a table with a list of suppliers. I would like some help on creating a query that will ask for suppl no and period and then it will list the billings for that period/periods.

It could be that a supplier can be listed in one period but not in another period.

    Thanks for the help

If you want somebody to help you, you will have to supply more than you did in the sample database that you supplied. (I used the word 'you' 5 times in that sentence, trivia I know).
