    HTML code in Woody's e-zines (Outlook 2000 SR-1)

The most recent copies of Woody's Windows Watch and Woody's XP that I received in HTML has boxes replacing " (quotes) and ' (apostrophe) marks. Is this a Woody problem or some setting I have missed on my end? (I am running Windows XP Pro and IE 6.0).

it's the same here with winxp and ol2002. When it happens, it's generally a font problem and the font used doesn't have the same characters used. I see it uses smart quotes and that could be the problem.

What i found interesting is saving the email as html didn't help, but viewing source and saving the source as html was fine.
