I'm sure I'm missing something simple here - but when I create new group policies, I can't seem to get any of them to reflect the full set of security options. If I expand Computer Configuration/Windows Settings/Security Settings, I get Public Key Policies and IP Security Policies. The same key in the default Windows policy from Microsoft shows Account Policies, Local Policies, Event Log, Restricted Groups, System Services, Registry and File System - in addition to the other two options.

I've noticed that the default domain controller policy also has the full suite of selections, but none that I create seem to have these values. Is there some secret?
