What does TaskManager say? Outlook is 'Not Responding'?
Can you 'switch task' to Outlook using TaskManager?

    HI Leif
Sorry it took so long to get back to you but I had a crisis.
Microsoft has wasted my time and I wasted your time.
When I rebooted my PC everything worked fine.
    What can I say?
