    CD Access Denied (Windows XP)

Not sure if this is a Windows XP problem or a hardware problem. When I click on the E: Drive within Explorer I get the message "Access Denied". Has anyone met this before? Thanks.

Do you have Roxio's EZ-CD Creator installed? I'm pretty sure EZ-CD Creator can cause the sort of problem you describe if you don't have the latest version. I think that 5.1 is the latest for the Platinum version of EZ-CD Creator and 5.3 is the latest for the Basic version. You'll probably need to un-install and re-install. Be sure to check the Roxio site for instructions on installing with XP (also, upgrading to XP).

You posted this same question in the Hardware Forum, where I asked for more information. Have you checked my question?
