Invalid Page Fault (Word 2000)

A friend of mine has been receiving the following error:- Winword caused invalid page fault in module ole32.dll. She is using Windows 98 SE. Any help would be most appreciated.

With invalid page faults you usually need to know what the user was doing when the error occured.
