Making one cell a different color (ACCESS 2000)

I am using a datasheet view and want to make just one field a different color from the others. I'm sure there is a simple way to do this, but when I use format and select font color the whole record changes to the solor selected. I want to isolate just the one cell. Any suggestions?

Create a form that looks like datasheet view, then use conditional formatting.

That doesn't really make sense, you know. Isolating a column is possible, but a cell in the spreadsheet sense doesn't really exist. What you're seeing are records, whether the datasheet is a datasheet view of a form or the table itself or even a query. You can't isolate a cell because you are seeing multiple instances of the same field or control with the various values it contains.
