email attachment (2000)

Can someone tell me if there is a simple way to send a single page of a multipage worksheet as an email attachment and if so outline the procedure to do so?

I have a friend that claims an ex co-worker of hers was able to do it and I'm just not familiar enough with Excel to give her a valid answer.

Thanks in advance.

The following code will send the active sheet to "Recipient".
A new workbook is created with just one sheet and mailed. It is then closed without saving.
Sub MailActiveSheet()
ActiveSheet.Copy
With ActiveWorkbook
.SendMail Recipients:="Recipient"
.Saved = True
.Close
End With
End Sub

Andrew,

Thank you for your extremely fast response. My apologies if I wasn't clear in my previous post.

The user has several pages (with page breaks) on Sheet1 within her workbook. What she would like to be able to do with this and various other workbooks is to be able to send Page1 of Sheet1 as an attachment.

Again thank you.

Is she perhaps using, from the Outlook menu in a New Message to be Sent, "Insert, Object, Create from File..."?

Perhaps the simplest way to do that would be to add another worksheet that has just the page1 data (use formulae linking to the existing sheet for automatic updates) & formatting, then use Andrew's macro from that worksheet to send it to the recipient.
