Cumulative Formula (2000/XP)

Can someone help me with this formula? The user does not want the cumulative to appear all the way down the column. This is the formula she is using. =+$F16+$G15 it is just copied down to the rest of the cells. Most of the time the cumulative only has a few rows filled out.
