Cuenta (access 97)

    Re: Cuenta (access 97)

    De nada Ussito.

    Espero que podemos aydarte.

For those who don't read Spanish.

As best as I can make out, the translation of the question is:

How can I count in a single report only the fields that all have the value "True". If the formula to count all the fields in a form is count "expression", how can I adapt it to count only those fields which are true?

What I (tried to) say in Spanish was:

I'm sorry Ussito.

I don't speak Spanish very well (we cannot speak Spanish in Australia).

Please, can you ask the question in English?

Charlotte suggests that, perhaps, what you want is something like:

    Sum([Expression]=True)

    But I don't know.

Are you counting numbers or checkboxes? If numbers, try IIF(expression,expression,0) as the control for the text field. Then total the text fields and only the TRUE values will add up.
