use keypress to change character returned (Acc 97 sr2 on 95b)

I have a time field that requires ( as the seperator, but get complains about the arqwardness of using it. Can I set up a keypress code for the field so that when the keypad (.) is pressed, it is converted into (?

I would have thought you could define the Input mask of the control to be 99:00 and you would not need to even enter the separator at all.

<img src=/S/clapping.gif border=0 alt=clapping width=19 height=23> Thankyou! I normally think of input masks as limiting the input, not as being able to insert stuff for you as part of the criteria. <img src=/S/bash.gif border=0 alt=bash width=35 height=39> I'll get these concepts into my thick head yet! <img src=/S/confused.gif border=0 alt=confused width=15 height=20>
