    Font Spacing (Office 97)

I am trying to create a headed note paper but when I try to line up the phone number and fax number eg
    phone xxxxxx-xxxxxxx
fax xxxxxx-xxxxxxx they look fine on screen but they print out of line
the first digits after phone are slightly different the fax
Is there any way of making all the digits take up the same space
I am not particular which font I use
    Thanks in advance

    Two suggestions:

    (1) Put a tab in the ruler and use tabs instead of spaces to separate the numbers from the words -OR-
    (2) Use a table. Put the words "phone", "fax" etc in the first column, and the numbers in the second column.
