    precision as displayed (Access 2000)

In Excel there is an option under Tools - Options - Calculation - Precision as Displayed. I need a similar option in Access, but as far as I can tell, there is none. What's happening is that in my reports, I have calculated fields based on calculated fields and the precision is more accurate than I want/need. I know that you can define precision for predefined fields, but I don't know how to do it for calculated fields (formatting obviously doesn't solve my problem). Any suggestions would be wonderful. Thanks in advance!

Don't confuse the precision Access maintains either in stored or calculated data with the precision you can display on forms in in reports. Use the format properties of controls, or just use the format function in queries, to show the data like you want it.

Hey, everyone. Nevermind. Maybe if I looked a little harder before making an idiot of myself. I just found the beauty of the Round() function. Thanks Mark and everyone else who looks at this!
