Log on to one station at a time

I've seen it done, where I've been restricted to being able to log on to one workstation at a time. I'd have to log out of a workstation before I could log on to a different one. In other words, I can not be logged onto the network more than once. But I can't find out where that option is in Windows NT4.

    Appreciate any help.

    Thanks,
    Russ

It's controlled by the Domain Controller - not the local workstation. If you are logging in locally, you could restrict access to console only (no network) - is that what you are trying to accomplish, or to limit concurrent logons from multiple workstations?

I want to restrict concurrent logons from multiple workstations and sorry, yes, I meant from the server.

    Hi,
There is no built-in way of doing this with NT but there are one or two workarounds, one of which you can find here.
    Hope that helps.
