    modify form (access 2000)

    i volunteer for an agency that uses access 2000.& i inherited a database with the form already complete & want 2 add several fields 2 the existing form but there isn't enough area. how can i expand the background of the form 2 accommodate these extra fields or must i begin from scratch?

    I'm unclear what you mean by "expand the background of the form", but try this:
    In the form desgin view, placing your mouse pointer on the right edge results in a double headed arrow. Click and drag it to the right to increase the width of the form. You can do the same thing on the bottom of any form section to increase the height of that section.
