    Alternate meeting times (2000)

    Hi,
When using the Meeting Planner in Outlook, is there a way to indicate alternate meeting times? E.g., 10:30-11:00 OR 2:00-2:30, etc.?

    Thanks.

Nope. You can see their schedules, so schedule it so they can attend. They can decline with comment to propose another time, or you could send the invitation as an e-mail with Voting buttons then track and schedule the meeting from their responses.

    It's a really nice idea.

The latest version of Woody's Office Watch (Volume 7 Number 32) includes the request
<hr> I've received hundreds of ideas for new Office features and
many of them are utterly brilliant!

I'll try to collate them and publish them next week. In the
meantime, if you have a good idea for a new Office feature

Why not send this suggestion in.

Thanks. You confirmed what I suspected.
