Turning cue cards off

    Hi folks,
Does anyone know how to turn the little yellow help notes off -- you know, the ones that show up when you pass the mouse over the Close or Minimize buttons?

    TIA

You can disable the Tooltips in office programs from Tools > Customize > Options (see the attached screen shot).

I don't know a general way of disabling them for other programs.

(Edited by DaveA on 23-Oct-02 13:32. )
Sorry to be late (!) to this post, but I just ran across the following MS Knowledgebase article on the subject:
    Q186385 http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?...US;Q186385&
It applies to Win 2k and Win 98.
