    PDF Badly formatted message

On a website I maintain, we provide back issues of Journals (as in Academic style magazine) as pdf files. For each edition we provide one file of the whole edition, and others for each of the main articles.

For one edition, we get an error message "Document badly formatted" whenever we try to download the full journal. This prevents the document from being displayed. Each article is OK.
I don't get an error when I open my copy, nor when I 'download' it from the copy of the website on my computer. But when I transfer my copy to the server, the error message is still there.
    Any suggestions?
    Regards
    John

Can you give a URL? It's a bit difficult to comment otherwise.

    Re: PDF Badly formatted message

I have just tried resaving the file in Acrobat, and that has fixed the problem.

There must have been something strange about the file structure after all.
