Can't Use Page Up or Down in Print Preview (word 2000/Win98SE)

For the many years I've used Word, I've always been able to use the PgUp or PgDn keys to move forward and backward through my Word docs in Print Preview. This appears to have quit working. Does anybody know where I can set this.? I can use the mouse and areas on the scroll bar to move, but keep reaching for PgDn out of habit!

    Thanks for your help.

I'm guessing that there might be some template corruption. If the keys work fine in other views and this is happening with all documents. Try this.
    1. Click an empty spot on the taskbar & press F3.
    2. Make sure that the look in box is your primary hard drive & that "include subfolders" is ticked.
    3. Type
    normal.dot
in the "named" box & search.

When you find it, rename it to normal.old & start Word. If the problem continues, maybe it's an add-in that's creating a problem. Have you installed anything recently? You might check your startup folder to see if there are any templates or add-ins in them. If so, take them out & start Word & see if the problem goes away.

    Cheers,
