e Keyword searches (Access XP)

I want to set up a field to store keywords that can then be searched. Such as the Keywords in Word's Properties dialog box. I want to set it up for my website. I am blind to the obvious, but I haven't been able to figure out how to do the query that doesn't require wildcards. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thank you.

Do a Lounge Search on "regular expressions". The discussion has mostly been in VB/VBA but there may be some here in Access as well.
