Help!, please & thanks - and the sooner the better re my stress level :-)

Data entered into Outlook Contacts will not print out in full. Meaning, I can see entry "x" on the screen (and it may be an old one rather than newly done) but when contact list is printed out (A - Z), not all of the entries appear!!

Category allocation isn't used so - to my knowledge - it isn't that it's defaulting to a certain category of entry. Or perhaps it is and I'm missing it.

NOTE - you can consider me at beginner level.

Can anyone suggest some things to check or try? All help heartily appreciated.
