macro looping until criteria met (access 2k)

<!post=Post 162493,162493>Post 162493<!/post> asked another way. Does anyone know how to loop a macro reading a query record by record until "end-of-file" if found?

Frankly, it would be harder to figure out a method in a macro than to learn to write the code to do it in a code routine. You can't loop macros. I know that's a sweeping statement and someone may come back with a clever workaround, but macros are very limited in their ability to handle conditional branching. You would have to call the same macro over and over again and find some way of telling it to move to the next record. Macros simply weren't meant for this kind of data manipulation. They're the justification Microsoft uses for calling Access and end-user product. <img src=/S/shrug.gif border=0 alt=shrug width=39 height=15>
