    Junk Mail Rule (2000 SP1)

For some reason, I am receiving large quantities of Korean and Japanese spam. Trouble is, I can't unsubscribe because I can't even read it.
Question is, can I set a rule / rules to automatically junk any mail which contains Korean or Japanese characters in the header or body of the message, or can anybody suggest any work arounds?

    Thanks in anticipation,

    Phil

no, but you can exclude an entire country. In general, the process is: open the email, select View | Options and peruse the Internet header for "unique strings". Create a rule to exclude emails with '.jp>' in the header, and goodbye Japanese email! You can exclude Korean email in a similar way, but offhand, I can't remember the designator for Korea. [found it: 'kr']

This gets a little tricky, so you might want to look at this page on my site The Ki to Antispam
