    MS Backup -- Restore Problem

When I try to restore an OE6 folder from a zip disk using MS Backup, I get the following message: "The following media is required to complete this operation," and it lists the name of the file on my D (zip) drive in which I backed up my OE6 folder. But the zip disk is already inserted. The only two options given in the window are OK and Cancel. If I click OK, the restore process executes, but my folder is not restored. The subsequent report states that the files were skipped. No matter what I try, it doesn't work. How can I get my folder restored? Robert

Re: MS Backup -- Restore Problem

    Hi Robert:
Under options, make sure you have checked "Always restore". The default is NOT to restore any folder that already exists. There's another option to restore only newer files. Since you want to restore an older version, neither of those options will work for you.

    Hope this helps.
