getting dropdowns and checkboxes in a View (2002/SP1)

Hi, guys. Sorry if this is a really basic question, but I haven't stumbled on the answer yet. I've designed a custom contact form that works great so far, but when I include my custom properties in a view, the view displays only the currently selected value of the property in a simple "textbox" instead of in the same style as it's included in the form. How do I get a droplist or checkbox to display in a view, such that the user can simply click the checkbox to check/uncheck it, or click a droplist to drop the possible values and select one, a la the flag property in the Contacts Phone List view?

    Thanks,

Re: getting dropdowns and checkboxes in a View (2002/SP1)

Well, I was able to get checkboxes by going to View, Current View, Format columns, then selecting the column and changing the format to Icon. But I'm still stuck on drop lists: where the flag status column has "bitmap with popup list" in the Format dropdown, my "Section" column has only "Text" as an option. How do I obtain a "popup list" option too?

    Thanks!
