hyperlinks not wrapping correctly (Outlook 2000)

We send out an email to a distribution list that includes hyperlinks to web pages. The email is created within Outlook 2000. When the hyperlinks wrap to a second line they are no longer "clickable" Is it possible to fix this behavior so that the link remains "active" after wrapping to a second line? I am also guessing this behavior is email client dependent, correct? In other words the links may work for users with Outlook but maybe not for users with Eudora. Any help on how to make this work for as wide a platform audience as possible would be appreciated.

    texcal64,
Try enclosing the links in <html-like angled brackets> I think that in most causes the client to recognise the link even if it wraps

Hopefully it will work for you

"Plain" MIME text encoding wraps all lines to a certain length, commonly 76 characters. To prevent wrapping, you can use a different form of encoding, such as base64 or Quoted Printable. However, this may cause rare incompatibilities. If you search this board for base64 or quoted printable or wrapping you probably can find a more detailed discussion of this issue.
