    Send-to Folder

I remember reading about customizing the 'send-to' folder to have an email recipient already setup so you could drop a file on the icon and it would go to that person, or it would appear in the context menu (Rt. click) under the 'send to' options. How do I send a file without using the mouse or even being there. I am looking for a way in a batch file to send a log to an email address. Mary J? anyone?

Thanks Leif, for getting back. This is JUST what the Dr. ordered. Coming from a Unix background, (being a 'scipt kiddie' at heart, not age), I just knew there had to be something like this available to allow 'automation' of things in the Windoze environment).
