    Information (A2000)

Does any one know of a web site or if some one has the time to explain what are the differences with operands & operators etc.

I am sure the benefit of this would correct alot of issues that arise on the site.

For instance, I would like to know what , "'" , ", & and all the other smbols mean.

How to know where to put them in a statement and separate fields etc with them.

I would like to learn how to use them for my own and possibly many others knowledge.
Perhaps we can make a topic of this, as long as it's permissable of course.

One place to start is in the Access Help files :
Look under : Operators Keyword Summary

The short version: An operator is a function (arithmetic or otherwise) that works on operands. Therefore in A = B*C, we can say that * is an example of an operator; B and C are examples of operands.
