Copying control button with mac (Word 97 SR2 Win95)

I have a toolbar which I place on intranet Word docs.

It is a text box holding three control buttons (Back, print form, email form). Each button runs a macro when clicked and the macros are stored in the "ThisDocument" folder of the Project folder. The buttons are in a text box so that I can prevent the toolbar from printing when the "print form" button is clicked.

My problem is that, although I can copy the text box and buttons from the master document and paste it into the new document, the macros do come with the paste. Consequently I have to enter all the macros for each button.

I have tried inserting the file containing the buttons into the new document and also inserting as an object but no luck.

    Any ideas please?

When I have had to solve problems like this I have done it the other way round. Make a copy of the document with the Macros and Toolbar, delete the old text and copy in the correct text. Save it as the new document.

This will always require two steps
