    EnterpriseMakeServerURLTrusted (project 2002)

We are experincing a loss of trusted site status intermittently and Microsoft is unhelpfull (surprise).

I was thinking that a macro might work to reestablish the link.

Anyone have an example macro for the enterprisemakeserverurltrusted method?

I am trying to get the following to work

    If expression.IsURLTrusted(URL) Then
    Else
    expression.EnterpriseMakeServerURLTrusted
    End If

but can not get expression to work....

The trusted site is still trusted in Internet Explorer. MS Project 2002 just looses it.

    George,

Don't know why this may be happening. Let me try to see if I can get help from someone in another forum.
    Regards,

    Url2bTrusted = ActiveProject.ServerURL

    If IsURLTrusted(Url2bTrusted) Then

    Group:
It does what it is supose to EXCEPT re-establish the trusted site status..... totally pathetic. It attempts to reestablish the trusted site but gets an error!

    George,

Did you ever figure out what the cause (and hopefully correction) to your problem was?

Not yet. We have narrowed it down to being a time out issue between the components but we are working through which one.

We have determined that Internet Explorer 6.0 SP 1 solves this problem. We are working to deploy
