Order of Address Books missing in XP? (2002/SP-1)

In Outlook 2000 I could select the order in which address books were searched (on the Addressing tab in Tools>Services). I can't find this setting anywhere in Outlook 2002. What am I missing? Or did this feature disappear in 2002, in which case it's on my list of most wanted features for the next version...

    Open the Address Book, then
    Tools > Options
. . . should get you what you want, I think.
