    Printing speaker notes (PowerPoint 2000)

When I print speaker notes, some pages truncate the notes (when the notes are extensive on a particular slide). What can I do to print speaker notes and get ALL the content of the speaker notes to print for each slide?

    thanks,

    Another technique which might help.
The speaker notes master can be edited to make more space. (View | Master | Notes Master)
    1. You can resize the image of the slide andn/or tuck it away in the top left hand corner of the page (for example) and/or even delete it.
    Then
    2. Resize the notes text box by clicking on it and using the handles in the normal way.

Alternatively, if it's just one or two slides, you can alter their notes page to suit and leave the master notes page as defaulted.

Hey, I never noticed View|Notes Page before. This explains why the shape with the notes text is always the second shape in the collection returned by the Slide's NotesPage property. Maybe the object model really does all fit together like a grand plan?!

And yet another approach which I have used occassionally...

Create a blank slide immediately after the slide with too many notes, copy half the notes to the new slide, set the new slide to be hidden so that it doesn't display during the slide show. This method has the advantage that you can spread your notes over 3, 4 or even more pages if really necessary.
