I have a user who has a group account (eg AdminServices@mycompany.com) and an individual account (eg janie.clerk@mycompany.com) both of which are set up on Exchange. She can receive messages from both accounts. She now needs to be able to send from the group account, but keeps getting the message 'You do not have the permission to send the message on behalf of the specified user.' when she tries to send the message. I have given her 'send' permission in Exchange, but am still getting the same error. I have tried several searches on the subject but am not getting the response I need. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
