Annual Calendar (WIN 2000 Pro SP2 MS XP)

I need to print hard copy of the annual calendar for my director to take to Board Meetings. Best I can come up with is two pages per month which, of course, means carrying 24 pages. If the printer has the option try printing ODD pages only, then turn those over and put them back in the printer and then print the same thing only EVEN pages only so that you get it arranged double sided, then put them in a ring binder or something so that he gets a month in whole one view.

May take a little experimenting to make it work best (eg. you'll want the first page to be opposite the second, and third opposite fourth etc.).

just another point, the option for printing ODD or EVEN pages only is usually found in the printer driver options on your wortstation - not actually at the printer itself.
