    Email Accounts (Outlook 2002)

    Hi there all!

Okay, I know this is really a stupid scenario, but hey! It stems from an ID10T user not following office standards.

We standardized our email package as Outlook 98/2000 or Outlook Express. Now we are changing some settings on our server which requires minor changes to the clients and the users who are sticking to the standards can handle the instructions.

Now a ID10T user has decided to use Outlook XP and the instructions we sent out don't work totally for him as he cannot find the place to make the changes to the username and to check on Server Authentication and our support desk doesn't have Outlook 2002 at all.

Can anyone give the steps to the place where he can change his username and turn on Server Authentication?

It would be very much appreciated?

    James

    I think I might just start using Google for all my documentation needs. <img src=/S/laugh.gif border=0 alt=laugh width=15 height=15>
