Nesting tab controls on form (Access XP)

Is it possible to nest tab controls on an Access form? I haven't been able to place one tab control on a page of another. I use a tabbed control as the core of the main menu for my application. Because it's quite a complex application it would be handy to be able to place different tab controls on separate tabs of the main tab control. I'm aware there are alternative controls available commercially (e.g. NavBar from dbi technologies which presents an Outlook bar style menu), but I'm anxious to minimise cost and coding overhead. Any suggestions?

Unless they made a change I didn't hear about, you can't nest tab controls. However, you can get around this by putting a subform on a tab page, then putting another tab control on the subform.

Thanks, Mark. Just what I needed to know. It had been wondering about using a subform. Now I will try it.

    Best wishes
