Header only in Snapshot (Acc97 SR2)

I export a multiple page report to snp and send via email with sendobjects. When the snapshot is created, the only thing visible is a logo at the top of the page (embedded graphic). If I print the snapshot, it prints perfectly. This is all well and good except I don't necessarily want the recipient to have to print them to see the info (I can't imagine anyone wanting to actually PRINT a report <img src=/S/confused.gif border=0 alt=confused width=15 height=20> ). I am using SnapShot Viewer 9 (I think) with A97 SR2. I have a single page report with no graphics that looks fine when created the same way, but I can't see anything in the one that doesn't work that would cause it to break like that.

So, to sum up, the snp is created and emailed fine, but when you open the attachment (snp), even before sending, the only thing visible is the page header. When printed, the "empty" snapshot is perfect.

    Nevermind, I found the solution

This is a known issue with a graphic. It's a jpg and snapshot doesn't like them. I found the KB article about it right after I created the post. You can find it here: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?...b;en-us;Q187341.
Guess I got a little impatient there.
