Report Preview (Access 97)

I have a main form on my database that has a section for reporting. The section has check boxes to select the report or reports you want to print or preview, however, if preview is selected, the report opens in preview...but does not show up on top of the form. It stays behind the form. How do I tell the report to pop up in front of the form? Thanks for any help

There are several methods but they depend on whether your form is modal and popup. If it is, then you need to hide it by setting its visible property to false so that the report can get the focus. Otherwise, a DoCmd.SelectObject acReport, "yourreportname", False should set the focus to your report if you substitute the actual name for the yourreportname placeholder in the string.
