    Calendar Notifications (Office 2000)

I want ot extend the future notifications of appointments, holidays, etc., on the home screen from one week to a month into the future. Any ideas how I can do it?

If you're talking about using the "reminders", you can usually type in whatever you want. If you type in 7 Days, it will convert to 1 week. You should be able to change the notification to 30 days or so.

    Hope this helps!

I do not know whether this is called "reminders", but the area I am talking about appears below CALENDAR on the Outlook home page.

    Bob,

I think you mean the Outlook Today Calendar. You could always just switch to Calendar and set it for one month, and then try to figure out how you can actually read the appointments. <img src=/S/scratch.gif border=0 alt=scratch width=25 height=29> I've always found the one-month calendar a little hard on the eyes.
Or you can set reminders to pop up for individual appointments. Open the appointment and type in how far in advance you want to be notified.
